There is so much that must be done in order to purchase a home, we had no idea. I am so glad we were able to use The Lugo Bros as our real estate agents and loan officer. When purchasing a home, many different entities become a part of the process that you as the buyer have no control over (i.e. the seller, the escrow company etc.) There were a few issues that came up regarding the seller but the guys fought for us and kept in contact with all entities incessantly.
